What if I order the wrong size or it doesn’t fit?

We all know that it can be difficult to get the sizing right as it can differ from brand to brand. If you receive your goods and you need a different size, we are happy to swap it for the correct size, the only cost to you will be the courier charges to return the incorrect item and send the right one to you.

If the product just doesn’t fit, let us know and so long as you haven’t used the goods and you still have the original packaging we will arrange to give you a full refund once we have received the goods back. Note that the refund will exclude the initial courier charge.

What happens if the goods are faulty?

We honor any manufacturer’s warranties, so if you receive your order and something is faulty please let us know immediately and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent at no charge, or you can return the item and we will give you a refund if you prefer.

How do I know I wont get charged for something you don’t have?

No charges are debited to your credit card until your order is packed and ready to be sent. If we do not have an item in stock we will notify you and you can decide whether you wish to wait until more stock arrives or for the order to be sent without it.

How do you work out the freight charges?

The online equestrian supplies store can give you a fairly accurate indication of the courier costs of your order. We charge the postage at the true cost and do not add a ‘handling fee’. If the actual cost of the courier is less than what our online store calculated, you will be charged the smaller amount (i.e if the website says shipping $15.00 but it is only $5.00 then your credit card would be debited for $5.00 postage only).

We cannot courier to P.O. Boxes, and rural delivery has an extra charge at present of $4.80 (subject to change by the Courier company). The courier service is usually next day North Island, and three days for the South Island  – but for rural delivery please allow an extra day.

What happens to my personal information I supply?

Any information you provide us is not given out to anyone else, this is for HorseSports use only. Your full credit card details are not stored on the website. If you do not wish to use the credit card facility, you can use Paypal or give us a call on 09 269 6518 and we can arrange it over the phone.

Unless you specifically request to be added, your name will not be added to our mailing list.
